    Click **Add**
    Click **Content**
    Click **Press Release**
    Enter the **Title** of the press release in the first field. This will be the main headline of the article.
    Enter a **Short Title** in the second field. This will be used in the URL path and listings of press items.
    Select a **Press Release Type** from the drop-down menu. This will categorize the press release according to its topic or purpose.
    Enter a **Summary** of the press release in the next field. This will be used for search engine descriptions and when the press release is shown on landing pages, teasers, and listing pages. It should be concise and informative.
    Enter the **Body** of the press release in the next field. This is the main content of the article. If you are copying and pasting from Word, be sure to remove any header, release date, or contact information present in the body and move them to the appropriate fields. You can use the formatting toolbar to style your text and add links, images, or media.
    Enter or select a **Contact** to display email, phone number, social media links, etc. with this press release . You can create a new contact or link to an existing one. 
    Select a **Header Image** to display at the top of the press release. You can choose from the available press letterhead styles or upload your own image.
    Upload any **Related Files** that you want to attach to the press release, such as PDFs, documents, or images.
